If you are considering osteopathic manipulative treatment for the first time, it is natural to want to understand how the process works. Here is what happens before, during, and after your sessions.
Your first visit is approximately 90 minutes and begins with a full conversation about your health history followed by a whole-body physical examination. I then begin hands-on treatment tailored to what I find. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes, with each visit building on the progress of the last.
